Job summary

The Golf Mart, part of the Worldwide Golf family, seeks a Club Repair Specialist to promote a shop culture aligned with our values and provide expert club repairs. You will assess customer needs, recommend products, and modify clubs with attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities include measuring lie/loft, handling repairs, and maintaining inventory, while supporting a positive customer experience and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior golf club repair experience is a plus, but not required (entry‑level candidates are welcome to apply!).
• Knowledge of golf equipment and shafts is preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in a shop environment and familiarity with basic power tools is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of retail operations is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate shop equipment safely and follow safety programs.
• Complete order forms and repair tags with accuracy.
• Measure lie, loft, height, weight and shaft flex; adjust per customer needs.
• Repair broken clubheads and replace shafts and grips.
• Demonstrate knowledge of club making, repairs and product benefits.
• Suggest process improvements after training.
• Operate phone and basic computer applications.
