Job summary

Integrity Dental Services LLC in Duluth, Georgia seeks an Elite Dental Ceramist to contribute to Aventus Elite full-arch projects. You will apply advanced layering, color, texture, and gingival characterization with precision.

You'll collaborate with CAD designers, production, and quality control to ensure prescriptions and designs are faithfully executed to premium standards. A strong background in zirconia and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional dental ceramics experience.
• Advanced layering, stain and glaze, and shade development.
• Strong zirconia restoration experience; full-arch or implants preferred.
• Excellent hand skills and color perception for fine aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and digital designs.

Responsibilities

• Complete advanced ceramic layering and characterization for Aventus Elite full-arch zirconia restorations.
• Develop natural tooth morphology, translucency, surface texture, shade transitions, and gingival aesthetics.
• Interpret prescriptions, digital designs, clinical photographs, shade information, and objectives.
• Apply advanced stain-and-glaze and finishing techniques with consistent arch-wide results.
• Evaluate occlusion, contours, symmetry, shade, and surface finish against case requirements.
• Collaborate with CAD designers, full-arch technicians, and QC to troubleshoot challenges.
• Identify concerns early and implement precise adjustments as needed.
• Share knowledge and contribute to workflow and quality improvements.
• Maintain organized workstation and follow safety and production procedures.
