Job summary

HoliMont Ski Club in the United States seeks an energetic Free Ski Coach to lead coaching and competition training for athletes within the Free Ski Program. This role focuses on safety, skill development, and a lifelong love of winter sports for members and guests.

The coach will train with the team, participate in staff development, and attend home and away events to support athletes and the program's success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong coaching and teaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to work with athletes, guests, and staff.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Coaches group and individual athletes in free skiing fundamentals and competition.
• Attends home and away competitions with athletes.
• Sets and maintains training and competition venues and environments.
• Represents HoliMont Ski Club as an ambassador on and off the job.
• Welcomes and assists members and guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Reads and complies with the employee handbook and procedures.
• Maintains personal ski and board equipment in safe condition.
