The role requires board-certified or eligible status, state licensure, fellowship training, and BLS. Be part of a growing team serving a wide Bluegrass region with a strong orthopedic footprint.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Licensure in Kentucky required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Join fellowship-trained team in Kentucky.
• Provide foot and ankle surgical care with fellowship training.
• Support in-office imaging and ancillary services including DME and rehab.
• Partnership consideration with ASC share buy-in if awarded.
