Dietrich Construction in the Fargo, ND area is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to install architectural millwork, cabinetry, trim, doors, and hardware on premium residential and commercial projects.

You will work closely with project managers and foremen to ensure precise workmanship, safety, and on-time completion. The role offers full-time hours, a 7:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule, and opportunities to contribute to high-end projects with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional finish carpentry experience with millwork.
• Strong ability to read architectural plans and shop drawings.
• Proficient with finish and power tools, lasers, and layout equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to jobsites.
• Quality-focused with high-end craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Millwork installation of cabinetry and architectural millwork.
• Install baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors and hardware.
• Read drawings and shop drawings to complete installations.
• Ensure finishes meet design specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsite and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades.
