Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Florida dental license.
• Minimum four years of clinical experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to relocate or commute to the Greater Jacksonville area prior to employment.
• Experience placing implants (single and multiples).
