Charlie Mike Protective Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Agent – Executive Protection to provide physical protection for designated corporate executives and other assignments. The role can involve working as part of a team or independently in high-profile domestic environments.

Schedules vary and pay fluctuates by contract; candidates must be 21+ with AZ DPS guard cards, a driver license, and ability to obtain a concealed weapons permit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid Arizona Unarmed and Armed Guard Cards as required by AZ DPS.
• Must have a valid State driver license as required by law.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a concealed weapons permit in Arizona.
• 3–5 years of relevant Military or law enforcement experience OR extensive executive protection experience.
• Advanced technical and tactical skills plus fundamental martial arts abilities.
• Must meet operational requirements in a dynamic environment with time constraints.
• Must be able to work varied weekly schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong people skills and effective communication with diverse contacts.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Following and executing comprehensive security protocols and emergency response plans.
• Provide residential protection and close protection services including accompanying executives to locations and events.
• Monitoring and adjusting security measures as needed to address changing threat levels.
• Coordinating with local law enforcement, security personnel, and other relevant parties for seamless security.
• Providing protective surveillance and maintaining situational awareness at all times.
• Conducting security advances to prepare for executives’ arrivals at locations.
• Acting quickly in emergencies with defensive techniques when necessary.
• Reporting on security-related incidents and breaches.
• Ensuring executive privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Fostering trust and integrity through professionalism.
• Performing duties safely and attending work consistently.
