Fortified Risk Group is seeking an Executive Protection Agent in the Boca Raton area to provide top-tier security and surveillance for clients. The role emphasizes proximity to principals, threat response, and defensive driving.

Required: 5+ years in law enforcement and military, armed security license, and strong situational awareness. Flexible shifts, including weekends and overnights, with pay per hour depending on contract assignment.

Qualifications

• PSD Training with DOD/Federal Certificate or Dignitary Protection Training with Agency Certificate, preferably Post Certified.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement.
• Minimum of 5 years of military experience with an honorable discharge.
• Armed Security License possessed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent situational awareness and ability to respond to threats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close proximity to the principal and respond to threats.
• Act as EP Driver when required.
• Ensure safety of principals and immediate family.
• Transport clients using evasive and defensive driving when needed.
• Conduct protective planning and threat assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and provide medical operations as required.
• De-escalate situations and report vulnerabilities to management.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance.
• Prepare incident and shift reports; keep vehicles clean and safe.
• Assist with protection schedules and team assignments.
• Operate protective equipment and communications gear.
• Report deficiencies through chain of command.
• Participate in recurring protective operations training, including firearms and medical training.
• Maintain current concealed firearms license as required by law.
