Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking an experienced temporary Executive Protection Agent to provide close protection for C-Level executives and their families. You will act as a liaison between Surefox and clients, transport VIPs securely, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety in accordance with policies and regulations.

The role demands high integrity, professional demeanor, and ability to work nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Must have Armed Security License / CCW / CA valid Guard Card w/ CA CCW or LEOSA.
• 4+ years of corporate security or prior Military or prior/current Law Enforcement.
• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
• Current guard card or eligible to qualify for guard card.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Good judgment with timely, sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required.
• Valid U.S Passport.
• Graduate of executive protection training school or 4+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years of security experience in a high threat environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; capable of domestic and international work.

Responsibilities

• Perform required duties on an as needed basis.
• Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to employees and create a safe environment for visitors and clients.
• Work independently and adapt to various work-paces while maintaining energy.
• Safeguard client assets and ensure client and family safety.
• Provide safe and secure vehicle transportation for C-Level executives and their family.
• Respond to emergencies on-site and contact police/fire as needed.
• Conduct threat, risk and vulnerability assessments.
• Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
• Conduct protective advance operations.
• Maintain knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest.
• Operate in a low profile capacity and maintain physical fitness and appearance.
• Follow Executive Protection SOPs and Surefox procedures.
