Qualifications

• Minimum valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Previous professional driving experience; executive chauffeur or private driver preferred.
• Familiarity with metropolitan Atlanta area and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
• Experience operating luxury SUVs or executive vehicles.
• Strong punctuality, communication, discretion, and professional presentation.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous during delays or schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to meetings, airports, and events.
• Plan routes, monitor traffic/weather, and ensure punctual arrivals.
• Arrive promptly and adapt to schedule changes, including layovers and returns.
• Coordinate pickups, parking, and logistics with staff and security.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, stocked, and ready for use.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain mileage, fuel, maintenance, and expense records.
• Assist passengers with doors, luggage, and other needs.
• Complete authorized errands, deliveries, and pickups as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding conversations, schedules, and passenger identities.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies, reporting issues promptly.
