Job summary

DAI, INC is seeking dedicated Event Security personnel to join our Frederick, MD team. You will monitor access points, manage crowds, perform screenings, and respond to incidents to keep events safe and running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have prior security or military experience, strong situational awareness, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. Eligible individuals must pass a background check and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access points at event venues to ensure only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
• Conduct crowd management and maintain order throughout the duration of events.
• Perform bag checks, ID verification, and screening procedures as required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Coordinate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity or security threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue rules and regulations.
