Job summary

Lancesoft seeks an ENT Specialist (Otolaryngologist) in New York, NY with rotation to Brooklyn and Staten Island. This full-time position offers a base compensation of $400,000 annually plus bonus, with a bilingual preference for Chinese.

You will evaluate and treat ears, nose, and throat conditions, perform procedures, review tests, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
Active New York State medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ENT conditions.
Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
Diagnose and treat hearing/balance, sinus, allergies, voice, and throat issues.
Perform ENT diagnostic procedures and office-based interventions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
Refer for surgery when needed or coordinate referrals.
Monitor progress and provide follow-up care.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses and options.
Collaborate with primary care and other professionals.
