Qualifications

• Current TN dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and EMR systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite clinical care and patient advocacy as an integral member of the care team.
• Utilize the hygiene mentor program and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
