Fred Astaire Dance Studios, Inc. is expanding its Phoenix team of professional dance instructors.

We are hiring for a Dance Instructor who will conduct private and group classes throughout the week, helping students reach personal dance goals, from social events to competitive performances. As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will attend events, lead group and private sessions, and partner with top coaches to deliver a robust curriculum.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.
• Willing to accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Establishes exceptional physical fitness/endurance to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals, from social events to competitions.
• Attend and assist with events on weekday evenings and some weekends.
• Teach group and private lessons, performances, parties and competitions.
