Medical Staff Talent is seeking a Western-trained physician specialized in longevity and preventive medicine to lead a private clinic’s wellness program for an ultra-high-net-worth family based in Dubai. The role emphasizes 1:1 clinical continuity, biomarker tracking, and personalized optimization.

You will direct a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with physiotherapists and private nurses, with readiness to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Longevity, or Internal Medicine.
• 6+ years post-residency experience in proactive diagnostics, anti-aging therapies, and elite sports medicine.
• Demonstrated flexibility to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-fidelity wellness program for an UHNW family.
• Direct a multidisciplinary clinical team including physiotherapists and private nurses.
• Oversee longevity care, biomarker tracking, and personalized physical optimization.
