Job summary

A gymnastics and parkour center in La Quinta is looking for an energetic Team Coach to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and a strong understanding of gymnastics fundamentals. You will coach a competitive team, maintain safety, and train new coaches. Part-time positions offer flexibility with evening hours and monthly weekend competitions. The role provides an inclusive and fun environment to help kids develop athletic and life skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with kids, gymnastics, and/or competitive training or coaching is REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of fundamentals of coaching gymnastics, parkour, and tumbling.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train kids in gymnastics and parkour.
• Lead the competitive team and maintain program safety.
• Train and guide newer coaches according to GForce standards.
