Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a cheerleading coach.
• Knowledge of competitive cheerleading scoring rubrics and rules is preferred.
• Stunting certification obtained from USA Cheer or the willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for athletes.
• Provide guidance for athlete development on and off the mat.
• Oversee team selection and morale management.
• Monitor physical and mental well-being of athletes.
• Coordinate logistics including training schedules and travel.
• Scout talented athletes from Delano High School.
• Ensure adherence to cheerleading regulations.
• Manage team equipment including uniforms.
• Choreograph and teach cheerleading routines.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Manage the program's budget.
