Qualifications
Proven experience working as a cheerleading coach.

Stunting certification obtained from USA Cheer or the willingness to become certified.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs for athletes.
Provide guidance for athlete development on and off the mat.
Oversee team selection and morale management.
Monitor physical and mental well-being of athletes.
Coordinate logistics including training schedules and travel.
Scout talented athletes from Delano High School.
Ensure adherence to cheerleading regulations.
Manage team equipment including uniforms.
Choreograph and teach cheerleading routines.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
Manage the program's budget.
