Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Community Association Manager for associations larger than 40 units.
• Experience explaining finances to Board members and owners.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of management and day-to-day implementation for properties.
• Regular interactions with Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Compose and oversee preventative maintenance plans.
