Fencing Solutions & Construction, LLC. seeks a Crew Lead/Foreman to spearhead elite commercial fencing crews on large projects. You will own field operations from layout through client sign-off, mentor junior craftsmen, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team that rewards excellence with performance bonuses.

You’ll supervise 2–6 installers on diverse projects, ensuring precise layouts, strict safety, and on-time delivery while maintaining quality above internal standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on commercial fencing installation.
• 2–3+ years leading commercial crews with minimal oversight.
• Reading site plans, blueprints, and schedules.
• Experience with chain link and ornamental/iron fencing.
• Operate skid steers, augers, and post hole diggers.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–6 installers on large commercial projects.
• Execute layouts and installs for chain link and ornamental fencing.
• Direct daily work sequencing to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce PPE.
• Inspect completed work to meet internal standards.
• Manage on-site material logistics and inventory.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Communicate between field and office teams.
