Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC is seeking a Combat Skills Instructor to provide comprehensive training to military personnel at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The role covers explosives handling, small arms proficiency, and effective student instruction to prepare personnel for deployment in uncertain environments.

The position requires attending USAF EOS training, maintaining currency in relevant courses, and delivering instruction per established lesson plans while coordinating with the training

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Experience in hostile environments or relevant combat skills is preferred.
• Ability to instruct and maintain currency in Air Force small arms qualification courses.
• Valid state driver’s license with ability to operate government-furnished vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive combat skills training to military personnel and assess student proficiency.
• Attend USAF EOS training and obtain certification for explosive device use and movement.
• Instruct and evaluate students following established lesson plans and POIs.
• Maintain accurate instructional records and comply with accreditation requirements.
• Prepare classrooms and instructional equipment and provide technical support for quality training.
• Conduct instruction, demonstrations, and student evaluations in accordance with syllabi.
