Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Elite Truck Driver / Traveling Driver – Class A to support regional and national operations. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to impact critical accounts while traveling.

Qualified candidates hold CDL-A, have 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience, and a clean DMV/MVR. You will travel for multi-stop deliveries, use scanners, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• This role is regulated by the DOT and safety sensitive; safety is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally and nationally to support Penske operations.
• Represent Penske as a trusted, elite professional driver.
• Help launch new business and support key strategic customers.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries in a variety of environments.
• Training is provided for specialized equipment.
• Use scanners and onboard technology to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Drive safely in well-maintained vehicles with in-cab cameras for safety.
