Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking Elite Truck Drivers to travel regionally and nationally in support of operations. It’s a flexible, high-impact driving role designed for experienced CDL-A drivers who value variety and autonomy.

Drivers earn competitive weekly pay, benefits, and the chance to launch new business with a national team. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for extended travel weeks and home weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• Must hold or obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency per federal requirements.
• Preferred hazmat and doubles endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally and nationally to support Penske operations.
• Represent Penske as a trusted, elite professional driver.
• Help launch new business and support key strategic customers.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries in a variety of environments.
• Training is provided for specialized equipment.
• Use scanners and onboard technology to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Drive safe with in-cab cameras and safe equipment.
