Once employee is certified as an ELITE Cashier, a $0.50 raise will be given.

The ELITE Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-energy customer experience that goes beyond basic service. This role is the face of the restaurant—focused on hospitality, positivity, and creating memorable interactions with every guest.

An ELITE Cashier not only takes orders accurately and efficiently but also engages customers, resolves concerns, and drives sales through suggestive selling and upselling. Success in this role means every customer leaves satisfied—and impressed.
