Responsibilities

• Consult with guests on hair care needs and recommend services and products.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Support the Experience Manager (EM) and the Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through performance, guest service, and procedures.
• Stay informed on current trends and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and state board guidelines.
