Job summary

Duncan Aviation in Lincoln, NE seeks an Accessory Technician to test, adjust, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul core aircraft accessory components to manufacturer specs and Duncan procedures. Includes accurate documentation and safe, efficient work in a clean environment.

Essential functions include troubleshooting with tools and test equipment, preparing and signing off documents, and maintaining equipment. Relocation benefits and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
• Previous mechanical experience required.
• Minimum one year aviation component maintenance or related experience required.
• Minimum three years aviation component maintenance or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, overhauls, and tests core accessory components with hand/power tools and test equipment.
• Orders parts needed to complete work per procedures.
• Prepares and signs off documents including updating work orders for record-keeping and FAA compliance.
• Maintains and cleans test equipment and work area as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
