You will perform quality repairs to dealership and factory standards, diagnose systems, and road-test vehicles to ensure excellence, working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and a team that genuinely values your talent.

Qualifications

• Love of everything automotive.
• Positive and friendly attitude; willingness to use tools based on experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards.
• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding status and ETA so customers can be informed.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
