Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician to join our local dealership team. We want enthusiastic individuals who will contribute to a dynamic work environment and provide top-quality service to customers.

You will perform repairs, diagnose and maintain vehicle systems, and communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services. We offer competitive hourly pay, a generous sign-on bonus, and a 3-day work week schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Computer literate, with diagnostic equipment experience.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; including test drives as needed.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
