Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Refinish Technician to deliver high-quality refinishing work and exceptional customer experiences. You will align with the WOW plan, follow insurance guidelines, and collaborate with team members to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in a collision repair refinishing role, High School Diploma or equivalent, and may hold PPG certification or I-Car registration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a collision repair facility refinish role.
• Provincial College of Trades member preferred.
• PPG Certification preferred.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsabilités

• Executes WOW plan consistently and maintains positive energy with customers and team members.
• Refinishes vehicle per insurance guidelines and Assured standards.
• Inspects repairs for deficiencies and informs Production Supervisor as needed.
• Ensures all RO line items are completed to meet quality standards.
• Performs refinishing procedures according to factory specs and Assured procedures.
• Maintains safety and clean production area and adheres to hazardous waste disposal policies.

Connaissances

Knowledge of repair/refinishing

Efficient use of vendor materials

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years experience in collision repair refinish

Provincial College of Trades Member preferred

PPG Certification preferred

I-Car Registered (towards Gold Class)
