Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to ensure pool safety and provide excellent member service in a fast-paced club environment. You will monitor indoor and outdoor pools, assist with events, and respond to emergencies with trained CPR and first aid.

Requirements include StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification, BLS CPR, First Aid, and the ability to swim 300 yards and tread water for 1 minute. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must have StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must be able to swim 300 yards without stopping and tread water for 1 minute.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Members.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and identify hazardous areas.
• Keep pool area clean and orderly to ensure safety.
