Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading independent healthcare system in West Texas by recruiting a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join a high-volume, physician-friendly practice. You will practice the full spectrum of anesthesiology in a collaborative environment.

This Employed position offers exceptional compensation ($750,000–$800,000 total), 10–12 weeks of paid time off, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, a $12,500 CME allowance, and loan repayment opportunities, with Epic EMR

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Total compensation $750,000–$800,000.
• 10–12 weeks paid time off; sign-on bonus; relocation assistance; CME allowance.
• Loan repayment and stipend opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a broad case mix across multiple specialties.
• Maintain Epic EMR for patient records.
• Participate in a high-volume, physician-friendly practice.
• Limited on-call with an average of three home calls per month and a post-call day off.
