Job summary

Leidos is seeking all-source intelligence professionals to instruct the Contingency Intelligence Network Course at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. The Instructor will provide daily instruction, develop training exercises, and facilitate sessions for USAF personnel in core intelligence functions.

Candidates must have TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (or an Associate’s with 6+ years). Travel about 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required on day 1.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or an Associate’s with 6+ years.
• Experience in All-Source Intelligence or targeting (14N, 1N0, 1N8).
• Prior operational deployment experience.
• Recent hands-on experience in CIC, MPC or Unit-Level Intelligence operations.
• Proficiency in analog intelligence product development (Charts, RFI trackers, MOOW and Disposition of Forces tracking).
• Travel around 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal initial qualification training (IQT) for intelligence personnel.
• Prepare course materials and develop training exercises.
• Instruct through lecture and hands-on demonstrations of analytic tools and threat knowledge resources.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback after training events.
• Cover topics including ISR asset fundamentals, weapons capabilities, threats to mission execution, and core Air Force mission sets.
