The role demands 15+ years in software engineering and a strong track record with ML systems, MLOps, and security-driven architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years software engineering and architecture with enterprise AI/ML.
• Expertise in PyTorch, TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, and DeepSpeed.
• Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex.
• Experience in MLOps, model governance, and real-time drift detection.
• Security-aware design with DevSecOps and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end distributed AI platforms for enterprise-scale deployment.
• Design multi-agent orchestration and real-time RAG pipelines.
• Optimize compute across GPUs/TPUs/NPUs including edge and air-gapped envs.
• Establish zero‑trust security postures and secure AI supply chains.
• Collaborate with exec leadership to map mission objectives to architecture.
