Job summary

NakedMD in Tempe, AZ is seeking a licensed NP to join our Artist Injector team. You’ll evaluate, inject, consult, and chart as the frontline clinician, upholding NakedMD’s gold standard of patient care.

In this full-time role you’ll perform neurotoxins, HA fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels, while maintaining patient safety and building lasting patient relationships. Compensation is hourly with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active NP license required.
• 1+ years hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
• Foundational proficiency in neurotoxins and HA fillers; microneedling and chemical peels a plus.
• Strong patient-focused communication and safety mindset.
• Ability to educate patients on options and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and build personalized treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive consultations addressing aesthetic concerns and goals.
• Explain treatment options, risks, and benefits in plain language.
• Complete treatment plans from consultation through follow-up.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating multi-step treatments.
• Perform full range of NakedMD aesthetic services including neurotoxins, HA fillers, biostimulators, micro-needling, and chemical peels.
• Prepare injectables and trays adhering to sterile protocol.
• Stay current on latest aesthetic treatments and industry trends.
• Advise and address any clinical mistakes and pursue ongoing skill advancement.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records.
• Build patient relationships and educate on pricing and product recommendations.
• Meet individual sales targets through consultative selling.
