Job summary

US United States Fleet Forces Command in Kunia, Wahiawa, Hawaii seeks an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-13 level to direct and lead ELINT analysis and production activities across multiple fields of the intelligence profession.

This position requires specialized experience in planning cyberspace operations, identifying OCO concepts, and contributing to Cyberspace operations, with an emphasis on mitigating threats and supporting DoD mission planning systems.

Qualifications

At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS/GG-12 in the Federal service or equivalent.
Experience planning cyberspace operations including information operations.
Experience identifying Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) concepts, testing principles, directives and tactics.
Experience devising and executing major/combatant command exercises or Cyberspace operations.
Familiarity with mitigating threats to cyberspace and DoD mission planning systems.

Responsibilities

Plan cyberspace operations to support operations within an AOC via classified systems.
Identify OCO concepts, testing principles, and training directives.
Participate in major exercises or Cyberspace operations.
Conduct Cyberspace Warfare operations, offensive and defensive.
Mitigate threats to cyberspace and support mission planning systems.
