Job summary

Unified Group Services in Anderson, IN is seeking a detail-focused Eligibility Specialist to join our onsite team. You will manage employee eligibility data, process hires and terminations, and keep records accurate in our claims system.

You'll work with Outlook, Excel, and Word, communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, and support overtime during busy periods. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

You'll become the go-to person for maintaining accurate employee eligibility information. As updates come in, you'll enter new hire details, process terminations, update addresses and name changes, and ensure records remain current within the claims system. You'll coordinate ID card requests, review incoming employer data feeds, and help keep information organized and accurate. Your attention to detail will play a key role in supporting excellent service for our customers and ensuring records are handled efficiently.

We're looking for an Eligibility Specialist who can work onsite in our Anderson office while meeting the following qualifications:
