State of South Carolina is seeking a Program Coordinator I (EEMS Respondent Coordinator) for the Eligibility Determinations & Appeals unit in Richland County. This in-office role supports MAGI and Non-MAGI appeal processes and represents the agency in hearings.

You will review case records for accurate Medicaid decisions, gather information, communicate with petitioners, and coordinate with the Eligibility Policy Team to ensure timely responses and proper actions per policy.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma and relevant program experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility policies and appeals processes preferred.
