Job summary

ElevenLabs seeks a Content Creator & Strategist for ElevenMusic to own how the product shows up in the world. You will create music-driven content, publish across social platforms, and energize the community around ElevenMusic.

You will manage content calendars, lead educational tutorials, and provide actionable feedback to engineering and product teams. This role is remote globally, with offices as optional hubs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating music and music-related content with a portfolio.
• Experience managing social media accounts for tech, music, or creative tools companies.
• Ability to produce educational content and tutorials end-to-end for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Comfort presenting publicly, speaking at events, and leading demos/workshops.

About the role

ElevenMusic is our AI music creation platform, letting anyone turn an idea into a finished, studio-grade track in minutes, with control over genre, mood, structure, and vocals across multiple languages. It is one of the most exciting parts of the ElevenCreative suite, and we want its voice, community, and content presence to match the ambition of the product.

We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist to own how ElevenMusic shows up in the world. You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible. You will own the ElevenMusic social accounts, build and energise the community around the product, and represent ElevenMusic on stage at creator events.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of music creation, content, and community. The right person is a genuine music maker who lives on social platforms, has strong opinions about how an AI music brand should show up, and is just as comfortable behind a mic or on stage as they are in an editing timeline. Because you'll be using the product harder than almost anyone, you'll also be a critical feedback loop into the engineering team, shaping the product itself.

What you will do

• Create educational content and tutorial videos around ElevenMusic, recording, editing, and formatting them natively for each platform, and publish them across our socials

• Make music with ElevenMusic constantly, testing the platform to its limits and turning experiments into content that shows creators what's possible

• Provide structured, high-signal product feedback to the engineering team based on deep daily use, helping shape the roadmap

• Own and manage the ElevenMusic social accounts, from content calendar and strategy through to publishing, engagement, and analytics

• Help build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work

• Speak at creator events, representing ElevenMusic through talks, demos, and workshops

• Plan and execute content around product launches and feature releases, coordinating with product, engineering, and Marketing

• Stay ahead of trends in music creation, AI tools, and platform culture to find opportunities for the brand

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating music and music-related content, with a portfolio of work you can share, you are a genuine music maker, not just a marketer

• Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end: recording, editing, adding text and motion, and formatting natively for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics

• Comfortable presenting publicly, speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and being a visible face for the product

• A genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape, you use the tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions about where things are headed

Bonus

• Experience building or growing a creator community (Discord, forums, or similar)

• Background as a working musician, producer, or music educator with an existing audience

• Experience giving product feedback or working closely with engineering/product teams

• Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
