Job summary

EFLOW MOBILITY LLC seeks an Elevator Mechanic/Service Technician to install, service and repair mobility devices and equipment for customers in Missouri. You will evaluate environments, perform installations, and train customers on safe use of systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety standards, while lifting up to 100 lbs and working some extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Elevator Mechanic license type 1 or 2 is required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to determine solutions for customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic carpentry understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Provides installation, service, repair and instruction of use for mobility products and equipment.
  • Performs service calls and deliveries based on work orders.
  • Install elevators, ramps, vertical platform lifts, patient lifts, auto lifts, and related products.
  • Contacts customers by phone and in person to provide technical service support.
  • Train customers on safe product use.
  • Evaluate customer environments for best installation approaches.
  • Maintain organized warehouse inventory.
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinate daily work with all parts of the organization.
  • Adhere to safe workplace practices and OSHA regulations.
  • Transport products in company vehicle safely and legally.
  • Use our proprietary system to record interactions, upload photos, and schedule appointments.
  • Load equipment safely and securely in line with policies.

GENERAL SUMMARY
  • Services customers by evaluating, installing and servicing products and equipment.
CORE FUNCTIONS
  • Provides installation, service, repair and instruction of use for mobility products and equipment
  • Preforms service calls and deliveries based on work orders
  • Installation of elevators, ramps, vertical platform lifts, patient lifts, auto lifts, and other related products
  • Contacts customers through the phone and in person to provide technical service support
  • Thoroughly trains customers how to use the product(s) in a safe manner
  • Evaluates the customers environment for effective means for installation of mobility products
  • Maintains warehouse inventory in an organized and efficient manner
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Coordinates daily work efforts with all aspects of the organization
  • Identifies and adheres to safe workplace practices and observance of OSHA and fire regulations
  • Transport products in a company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
  • Utilizes our proprietary operating system to record customer interactions, upload pictures and other related paperwork, set and review scheduled appointments
  • Safely load equipment in an orderly and secure manner in accordance with policies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Elevator Mechanic license type 1 or 2
  • Skilled with power/hand tools w/ an understanding of basic carpentry
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem‑solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
  • Results‑orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
  • Mechanical and technical ability with electronics and installation and servicing of products
