Job summary

Ulta Beauty in California is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver quality professional services with a focus on the guest’s total look.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through performance, guest service, and procedures, while staying current on trends and product knowledge. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required; pay starts at $19 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Assist with in-store events and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge; maintain cleanliness and safety.
