Job summary

Kansas City Live! is seeking a Cocktail Runner to support our fast-paced hospitality team in Kansas City. You will uphold professional appearance standards, anticipate guest needs, and ensure accurate beverage service with proper protocol.

You will collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service throughout shifts. Candidates should understand liquor and bar service basics, maintain strong English communication, and be prepared for opening/closing side-work and daily team

Qualifications

Must meet state legal age requirements.
Must speak fluent English; additional languages preferred.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional appearance as directed in the Live! Hospitality Employee Handbook.
Anticipate and accommodate all guest needs.
Serve all drinks to guests using proper protocol.
Deliver beverages to guests and ensure cleanliness of stations.
Communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House staff and managers.
Set up cocktail lounge/bar and side stations; perform opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
Attend daily pre-shift meetings and training sessions.
Lead by example and maintain a positive professional attitude.
