Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential duties include installing posters and bulletin signage, performing maintenance on structures and surrounding property, and handling Digital Assets as required.
• Must be able to climb ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily and work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet for up to 70% of the workday.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs with safe lifting practices and operate or learn to operate gas-powered equipment such as mowers, chain saws, generators, and compressors.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles and adherence to all safety procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to work in varied weather conditions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install posters and bulletins and perform related maintenance on structures and surrounding property.
• Work on Digital Assets as required by Adams Outdoor Advertising.
• Operate or learn to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and perform duties as assigned.
