Our continuum includes ambulatory medication management; individual, family, and group therapy; Mobile Crisis Services; and Community Crisis Stabilization (short-term stabilization unit).

What You’ll Do (Full-Time PMHNP):

• Provide urgent and scheduled accessto mental-health and substance-use services.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessmentsand implement biopsychosocial treatment plans,including medication management.
• Deliver team-based, continuum-of-care coordinationacross ambulatory, crisis, and stabilization programs.
• Offer screening and treatment for MOUD and MAUD (medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders).

Schedule:

• CBHC hours:Mon–Fri 8a–8p; Sat–Sun 9a–5p
• Must be available to coveruntil 8p two days per week
• May providedaytime and some weekendcoverage for Community Crisis Stabilization

Qualifications:

• CurrentMA Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)license
• CurrentDEAandMA Controlled Substanceregistrations
• ActivePMHNP board certification
• At least 3 years of PMHNP experience is strongly preferred but new grads with stellar academic and work records will be considered
• Spanish proficiencystrongly preferred

Pay Range:

$149,968.00 USD - $190,652.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
