Job summary

Sunglass Hut in Mishawaka is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product recommendations. You will know our latest eyewear trends, brands, warranties, and accessories to help clients find the perfect sunglasses.

You'll build lasting client relationships, work to meet sales targets, and participate in a fast-paced store environment while providing omnichannel support and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand, warranties, and optical add-on features sold to customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up after purchases to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
