Job summary

Intellibright is seeking a mid-level WordPress Developer with expert Elementor experience to build, optimize, and maintain marketing websites for clients. This hybrid role requires in-office work 3 days per week in Austin, TX, with remote days Tuesday and Thursday.

You will partner with designers, strategists, SEO, and paid media teams to ship conversion-focused experiences that are fast, accessible, and reliable. 3+ years of WP dev is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional WordPress development.
• Expert-level Elementor experience: Theme Builder, templates, global widgets, responsive workflows, dynamic content.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML/CSS and JavaScript for integration and debugging.
• Proven ability to optimize WordPress/Elementor sites for performance and CWV.
• Willingness to work in Austin with hybrid in-office collaboration 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages primarily using Elementor.
• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive pages with attention to spacing and typography.
• Create and enforce maintainable Elementor systems: global styles, templates, components.
• Configure WordPress foundations: themes, plugins, environments, backups, and site hygiene.
• Work with ACF and custom post types/taxonomies to support dynamic content builds.
• Troubleshoot Elementor + WordPress issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with design, strategy, and SEO teams to ship measurable experiences.
• Support QA and staging-to-production releases across multiple client sites.
