Children’s Aid is seeking a Community School Tutor to provide academic and enrichment support for elementary students in Community School and after-school programs. The role emphasizes building confidence, relational skills, and positive attitudes toward learning within a collaborative team of educators and families.

The Tutor will work with teachers, families, and staff to create a safe, engaging environment and to reinforce classroom learning through supportive activities and SEL integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with elementary-age children in school, after-school, tutoring, youth development, or community settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
