Job summary

Prep Academy Tutors is seeking energetic educators to join our private in-home and online tutoring team. You will tailor chemistry lessons, assess understanding, and build customized learning plans to help students master concepts and boost confidence.

Qualifications

• Current, valid registration with the New Jersey Department of Education.
• Qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one).
• You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• Experience as lecturer or course instructor at a U.S. or Canadian university.
• You are a subject matter expert (Master’s or PhD).

Responsibilities

• Empower students with chemistry tutoring based on individual needs.
• Develop customized learning plans to deepen understanding beyond memorization.
• Offer remedial and enrichment opportunities to challenge students.
• Collaborate with parents to update on progress, challenges, and successes.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking dynamic, compassionate educators who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold a current, valid registration with the New Jersey Department of Education.
• You’re a qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one).
• You’re a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
• You are a subject matter expert (you have a Master’s or PhD)
