Responsibilities

• Work with elementary classrooms to implement and solidify core ELA and Math curriculum for grades K-5
• Co-teach with classroom teachers and provide small-group intervention support
• Use assessments to guide instruction and monitor student progress
• Develop and monitor progress for individualized plans and MTSS/IDL supports
• Plan and deliver engaging, culturally responsive lessons using varied instructional strategies
• Participate in PLCs and grade-level collaboration meetings
• Communicate student progress effectively to families and colleagues
