Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field is required.
• Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction preferred.
• Minimum of five years of K-5 teaching experience and three years in Curriculum and Instruction leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mentor educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive instruction.
• Lead professional development and coaching aligned to the school's vision.
• Align curriculum, instruction, and assessment with shared goals.
• Oversee program budgets and administrative duties as needed.
