Conway Public Schools is seeking a classroom teacher to deliver instruction aligned with Arkansas standards and the district’s adopted curriculum. The role emphasizes collaboration with grade-level teams, ongoing assessment, and effective use of technology to enhance student learning.

The salary schedule will be A & J.
Based on local district policy and Arkansas Department of Education guidelines, and performed by the building-level principal who is assisted by the assistant principal in regard to evaluations.
The classroom teacher will endeavor to teach and educate students according to standards for the state of Arkansas as promulgated by the Arkansas Department of Education or other accrediting body. Furthermore, the teacher will teach the adopted curriculum developed and implemented by Conway Public Schools, working always to provide the richest educational experience possible. The teacher will also strive to teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities, and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to their care by the school district.
