Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher Coach

Primary Purpose:

Support and coach early childhood teachers with creating a learning environment that will provide high quality school readiness programs across the district.

Qualification Guidelines:

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university
• Valid Texas Early Childhood teaching certificate

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years early childhood teaching experience
• Instructional coach experience (preferred)

Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of early childhood curriculum, guidelines, and instructional methodologies
• Knowledge of instructional and behavioral strategies
• Ability to engage teachers in meaningful learning
• Ability to collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lessons and learning
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
